  • Orders are processed only after advance payment is received via approved methods (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer international shipping through trusted courier and cargo services.
  • Delivery timelines depend on order size, product type, and destination.
  • Pak Sports Industry is not liable for delays caused by customs, holidays, or force majeure.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • If approved, we may offer replacements or partial refunds as appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and brand elements provided by clients remain their intellectual property.
  • Pak Sports Industry will not share, reuse, or publish any custom client design without written permission.
